We have been receiving so many emails requesting informations related to the program even-tough most of the questions can be found in the information page of this scholarship. Therefore, we have decided to respond to all that similar question at once in one e-mail. Read this e-mail carefully.
To get a correct information about the application requirements, application period, and step by step of application and selection as well as detailed information about this scholarship please refer to the page in our website in this link. You also will find the Application Form and Personal Statement form in that page. Please keep in mind that the requirements indicated with (*) are an optional requirement and those indicated with (**) are the one that can be submitted in the later stage. Learn the information in detail. Please keep in mind that application that does not follow our guideline will be automatically disqualified with or without notification.
To get the the information about the offered study program and degree, please refer to this link. Click each faculty name to get to the information about the offered study program. If your desired study program or degree is not listed there, it means UTS does not offer that study program/degree. Language instruction (taught) of all the study programs are mixed-mode of English and Bahasa Indonesia. Students will be prepared with Bahasa Indonesia program throughout their study.
If you are still in high school and about to get your diploma in 1-2 month, you can still apply to the program by providing all of your secondary school academic transcript to fulfil the academic transcript requirement.

After applying
If you are selected for the scholarship, you will be contacted through your e-mail along with enrolment and visa application procedures. As a part of students visa application requirements, you will have to provide a copy of your bank statement and a passport with validity period of minimum 30 months for 2 years stay permit. You can find the information about visa procedures here and here. During this Covid-19 pandemic, there are some additional protocols related to entering Indonesia. Please find the full information here. The flight to Indonesia will be opened in September so will the immigration service.
